Brielle district does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, age, gender, ancestry, natural origin, or social or economic status.  Mr. Colin Sabia, Vice Principal has been appointed as the AA Officer as per N.J.A.C. 6A:7 and overseer of Title IX  for the 2012-13 school year.   A copy of the AAO and Multi-Equity Plan are available in the Brielle Elementary Administrative Offices.  All discrimination and sexual discrimination complaints need to be reported to the AA Officer and a grievance form must be filled out prior to the investigation.
